1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VOYO mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

VOYO is a membership-based lifestyle platform that connects users with partner venues across Jordan, offering bookings, offers, rewards, and digital wallet services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Memberships & Payments

• Membership plans are billed monthly as described at time of purchase
• All payments are processed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD)
• Refund policies vary by booking type and cancellation timing
• Wallet balances are non-transferable and subject to platform terms

5. Bookings & Cancellations

Booking availability is subject to venue capacity. Cancellation policies are set per booking type and displayed before confirmation. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.

6. Venue Partner Terms

Venues participating in the VOYO platform are independent businesses. VOYO facilitates connections but is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by partner venues.

7. Limitation of Liability

VOYO provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for venue service quality, booking disputes between users and venues, or technical interruptions beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VOYO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
